It was just on basic cable. Rip TORN did a good impression for Dr. Strangelove. And I had no idea MOORE did this (Bowling/Columbine and Fahrenheit 9/11 his political apogee for me). Who'd a thunk we would be living a now-not-so-silly premise. Joins "Wag the Dog" for prescience.

It has its moments. Moore's only attempt at a non documentary film
The bit with everyone mistaking Toronto as the capital bit is probably the funniest part
It has a likeable cast, and it's the last ever appearance of my hero, the late great John Candy.
