The U.S. Supreme Court just denied The Native Americans in North Dakota the right to vote, who are a Sovereign Nation within the Constitution, and this moderator sitting there and giving everyone a civic lesson on voting........................BULLSHIT............he is the "guy" that oversees appeals in North Dakota ...............................
Justice Sonia Maria Sotomayor was right about voting, but to have someone sitting there right along side her on the fucking premise that due process was denied to another nominee, and people....................is just plain fucked up
