It was a neck and neck race for 1st and second and a tie for third. Overall a great contest
and the winners are
First Place: Two tons of Water Per Second--Suirokaku Aqueduct of Kyoto, Japan (c.1889) by Celebration
Second Place: Engineering marvel; born on U.S. Naval Ship-1945 by Handmade34
Third place: a tie between The Smuggler-Union Hydroelectric Powerplant at Bridal Veil Falls, b. 1907 by bluedigger and San Francisco from under the Oakland Bay Bridge by Richard D.
