MN-3 flipped to Dem (but we lost a district in PA)

So we have 5 flipped to Dem, 1 flipped to Repub (which was expected with the new district)

The way it was drawn, it was made out to be a Dem district. But personally, I disagree; it was Lou Barletta's district.

Your PA-7 was and oddly enough, PA-10 too.

But that area in 9 was already (R) so it wasn't like it was a (D) seat being "lost".
