That doesn't make it over. It means they think it's over.
Don't know why people get so wrapped up in someone "calling it". I guess it comes from hospital shows.

Agreed it doesn't happen often. Agreed the news is not good. Just trying to draw the line between what a news pundit says and actual, official election results.
