We didn't take the Senate, but I think we can still influence judicial nominations.

Every time Trump trots out some weepy, rapey, boozy frat-boy asshole like Brett Kavanaugh, the House leadership should tell Trump: "Yeah, we're not happy about this nominee. If you don't find one more agreeable, we may ask you to come down to the House committee room and explain why. And while we're at it, we have a long list of questions for you..."

just tell Cheeto that the next time he nominates a bozo to SCUSA the House is going to investigate his golfing outings AND the plutocrats who use Mare Lago {sic) to influence things like the VA and other stuff. Hi Ho Emoluements!
