McConnell and his party know that a Dem House will do everything possible to fight against the madness of the orange creature. And they're trying to head it off with threats.
Soooo, Senate Leader McConnell: The House of Representatives doesn't take orders from you. And they don't give a rat's ass about the toxic propaganda you're selling.
A Democratic controlled House will do everything in it's power to halt the disease you've brought upon us. And you can shove your threats. We now have one of the levers of power. And it will be used to put some brakes on your runaway train of crazy.
You still have power, Senator McConnell. But not as much power as you had yesterday. So give us your best shot. We now have the means to fight back against the absolute evil with which you have been smothering us.
Senator, if you still have any semblance of a conscience, you must be aware of the damage you've done to our democracy. And if the arc of history truly bends towards justice, you and your ilk will be forever gone in the not-to-distant future.
I know that you couldn't care less about what anyone here on DU thinks or says. But, if any of your minions read this, I can only hope that they will tell you that you and you're party are a disease. And, as with any disease, sane, educated, human beings will find a way to prevent you from further infecting humanity.
