Read Dostoevsky's CRIME AND PUNISHMENT.
Then answer this question...
The biggest mistake Raskolnikov makes in the novel is:
a) Murdering the old woman
b) Regretting murdering the old woman
If you answer "b" then Ayn Rand may be for you. (There are arguments on both sides. It all boils down to whether one thinks murder is intrinsically bad, or bad only because one might be caught.)
