I respect Rachel Maddow far more than Bill Maher

I guess Rachel is to blame for Trump getting elected, since she wrote the introduction for this comic book. (One of my all-time favorites)

I'd say that's a pretty "advanced" vocabulary word, and not indicative of a reading audience that is ignorant or stupid.
