Seems to me that Trump, Shine, and Sanders are outside the lines of their qualified immunity.

an outright lie. I am going to guess that reporter, who already knows the answer is a lie, will not be able to respond to that lie without permission, or face expulsion?

Considering Deadbeat Donny has held a grand total of two press conferences so far in his administration, and neither one of them went particularly well, I'd say that neither Acosta nor anyone else interested in practicing journalism has much to worry about.
