Ivanka Trump to sell Chinese-made voting machines in many US states
Right after Xi took office in China, I read his Five Year Plan:
So far, it seems to be working:

Obama criticized a Chinese law that could stifle U.S. tech business in China. The legislation would require companies to hand over encryption keys to the country’s government, and create “back doors” into their systems to give the Chinese government access. Later, China imposed excessive duties on companies, which import any foreign-made components, used to manufacture or assemble electronics and communications equipment, in China.

Ivanka Trump’s latest trademarks in China include voting machines

China awarded Ivanka Trump seven trademarks - especially on US voting machines - as President Trump spent US tax-dollars, to save a Chinese telecom equipment maker, on the verge of going bust from U.S. sanctions. Last year, Ivanka Trump’s clothing line received three trademarks on the same day she dined with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Trump Mar-a-Lago estate, dubbed the Summer White House, where Teflon Don will spend Thanksgiving, in 2018. https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/11/06/ivanka-trumps-latest-trademarks-in-china-include-voting-machines-sausage-casings/

Chief Justice Roberts Rebukes Trump. It’s a Warning Shot About Mueller.

Trump once again impugned the legitimacy of a judge who ruled against him. Chief Justice Roberts drew a line in the sand.

There's absolutely nothing about Trump selling/planning to sell "Chinese-made voting machines in many states," nor would Chinese trademarks give her any right or marketing advantage should she choose to do so. Only US trademarks could do that.

From advanced electronics to actual voting booth parts, isn't it all imported from China?

Have to do with importing machines into the us?

The mark has no value outside of China. It would have value for bringing voting machines into china, but not bringing voting machines or pieces and parts into the US.

Getting a trademark in china has nothing to do with importing voting machines into the US, and nothing in the article supports your assertion that she plans to sell to us states.
