I am so sick of this horrid man and his horrid family and hangers on

As much as he has done to destroy all of our traditional institutions in this country, and

As detrimental as he is to faith, trust, or whatever in science and it's benefits. and

As many evil influences as he has had on the basic values by which we live.
including basic adherence to the social contract

The Social Contract

We, the undersigned do earnestly promise to take care of each other,

Signed,
The rest of the World

and

As many times as he has disrespected our military and our veterans, and

As many times as he has used said military and veterans for his own crass political purpose, having spent billions in the process, and BTW, having disrespected his own ignorant base along the way, and

As he continues to put the lives and welfare of the above said military in jeopardy by condoning, vicious murder, condoned torture, et al., and

As the world standing of our military and our country are directly affected by all of the above, as well as other abuses and disrespect which are too numerable to list here,I would not totally object to

a military coup

as a reset to democracy

I would. One reason our country has done well for so long is peaceful and orderly succession. Shrike47 Nov 2018 #1

Respecting the rule of law is vital.

to include a pertinent note as you were understandably unable to read between the lines,

I would just add to all of this that

1. He has totally sidestepped and stepped on the rule of law,

2. I am really not sure that we can wait another 2 years to correct this by constitutionally mandated electoral means; see Germany 1938,

3.I would not object to a change to allow a president to serve more than 2 terms as it would inevitably (I hope) lead to Barack Obama moving back into the White House,

4. As a proud and patriotic American I am getting just a little tired of my wife telling me we HAVE to move out of the country.

Carry on.
