Software developers: my online newspaper wish

I would like a membership app that offers a cafeteria subscription where the members can input their media budget & then select from a menu of online newspapers & media outlets that they want to read. You get X number of articles from the Y number of outlets you've selected, with easy ways to add more clicks per month if you need to.

$10 a month doesn't sound like much, but when every media outlet charges that or close, that's a lot! And some places you don't even go to that often, but you're locked out from reading. I go to a lot of different sites & I want to support journalism, but I don't have a ton of money for it.

Does something like this already exist? I haven't seen it.

Like Apple News. You pick what papers and magazines you want as well as categories or interests and it presents articles to you each day.

Or are you still limited to the number of free articles they allow?
