Many teachers have daily challenges they have to endure such as students that don't want to learn or the environment is not the best for teaching. Teachers have to be strong to interact on a daily basis with students from different backgrounds and parental upbringing. Consider the schedule that parents have and might have at most 3 or 4 on average children. While teachers have how many students in their classes and have how many classes each day?

I don't envy teachers for their work environment but I do envy teachers that manage to have a positive impact on the students they teach.
