British legal expert: "Assange makes everyone look ridiculous"

...On Thursday, Ecuador's ambassador in Stockholm got called up to the State Department.

- We had a chat about Ecuador's foreign minister rather coarse view of the Swedish legal system. Those are some serious allegations, says MFA's press officer Anders Jörle.

Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt told TT that at the meeting the ambassador tried to deny that Ecuador's Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino had made any serious allegations against Sweden.

- When we showed him the Spanish text, then he had a little difficulty explaining what it was all about, says Bildt said ...
