This is what the GOP devolved into over the past 25 years.

When you can't win on ideas...
When decades of "trickle down economics" have betrayed the common man...
When the vast majority wants legal, safe abortion ...

When you can't explain how any of your polices actually help those who need help...

You attack those who do have ideas.

All their attacks serve one purpose - to distract their base that they are voting against their own self-interest. That's why their base has to be convinced that "the other side" is trying to "steal"something from them that is rightfully "theirs". To get someone to vote for the "lesser of two evils", you got to convince them the alternative is REALLY EVIL!!

That's all this is. Same day, different person/idea to attack.
