How will people react to Trump delaring an emergency when there is none?

If he does it, (don't know if he will) and it is obvious that there is no emergency, then what happens? Adam Schiff say he can't do it. That declaring an emergency would be illegal. What if he does it anyway? Then what?

(of course he wasn't, he resigned) It was said that he lost it completely and was talking to the walls in summer of 74. Trump is nuts. All this over a ridiculous idea of a border wall. But it is, as said earlier, a diversion. In my opinion, and many others, a diversion away from the coming indictments of at least one of his family members for treason. But I do not know for sure what the country will do. I hope that the experts are working on the correct response. All over a stupid wall. (That is what Trump says)

But I think many do care, and it depends on how Trump does this, (if he does this) as to what will happen. I think if it is obvious that the only reason is to get this stupid wall funded, then I think there will be a very strong reaction to his stupidity. I don't know, maybe the rethugs will respond to such an illegal act. I guess we will all find out if he/when he does this. Perhaps Trump will take a pass on this incredibly stupid idea of declaring an emergency over this stupid wall.
