Between Mueller and 2020 - at what point can Dem's say..."Suuuuuuuure...here's your wall!"?

With the idea being - you'll be out of office =one way or another= before this legislation gets meaningfully enacted.

I can see a tact might be necessary to - give him the wall one week - let him toot his horn - and have the cuffs on him the next.

It's pretty clear - they have no real wall plans...and we're 10 days from having 2 years to get anything done...I say they can't do shit in that time frame.

No wall will ever be built no matter what the outcome of the shutdown/showdown.

The least desirable outcome is he's removed from office by Mueller tomorrow - making Mueller look more like a "hit" or takedown over the Wall issue.
