chumpy is just stupid.

(38,438 posts)Trump is much too stupid to be a member of our society........................
Yes...the SSA takes in some that are borderline "stupid"...(a little like Stuart G)..????
But ...Mr. Trump goes way below any standards for "stupidity" that we as a society have...
The SSA is very proud of the stupid people that we take in, and under no circumstances will we every take in Trump
Mr. Trump and his entire family are permanently excluded from the SSA because of their level of innate "stupidity"
Of course, I hope that this post does not offend you...yes,.."chumpy is indeed stupid" but he must apply to another
society, other than ours, in order to gain the title of.............stupid..........

(82,849 posts)Even when he's trapped by his own words, on tape, he'll deny, deny, deny. What does it say about his supporters that they'll continue riding the Trump Train? I know we mustn't characterize them as stupid or gullible, because it makes our political reporters cry to hear such name-calling, but how can you not call them stupid or gullible?

(269,106 posts)Donald Trump has claimed that, despite his repeated promises that Mexico would pay for a wall on US southern border, he obviously never meant Mexico would write a cheque.
Mr Trump has repeatedly promised that Mexico would pay for the wall, with the website for his 2016 campaign having previously claimed that Mexico would make a one-off payment of $5-$10 billion.
Instead, the president has most recently claimed that Mexico would pay for the wall through changes to trade policy his administration has negotiated to replace the North American Free Trade Agreement. That new deal, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), has not been approved by Congress yet but the president said on Thursday that it "probably will be".
The USMCA will mean Mexico will be "paying for wall indirectly, many, many times over," Mr Trump said on Thursday. He then boarded Air Force One to fly to McAllen, Texas, where he hopes to drum up support for Congressional approval for US taxpayer funding to build the wall.

(19,566 posts) On day 1 promulgate a "proposed rule" (regulation) amending 31
CFR 130.121 to redefine applicable financial institutions to include
money transfer companies like Western Union, and redefine "account" to include wire transfers. Also include in the proposed rule a requirement that no alien may wire money outside of the United States unless the alien
first provides a document establishing his lawful presence in the United States.
On day 2 Mexico will immediately protest. They receive approximately $24 billion a year in remittances from Mexican nationals working in the United States. The majority of that amount comes from illegal aliens. It serves as de facto welfare for poor families in Mexico. There is no significant social safety net provided by the state in Mexico.
On day 3 tell Mexico that if the Mexican government will contribute the funds needed to the United States to pay for the wall, the Trump Administration will not promulgate the final rule, and the regulation will not go into effect.

The original "plan" both from Trump's mouth and his official campaign was to extort $5-10 billion from the Mexican government. That was his promise and he needs to honor it and not foist this unnecessary burden off on American tax payers.
