WASHINGTON — As the government shutdown drags on, senior White House adviser Jared Kushner is having discussions with members of Congress from both sides of the aisle about a potential path forward. A Republican Senate staffer confirmed Kushner reached out to their office and added that a “DACA for the wall” deal was part of the conversation.

Shall we wait until Kavanaugh, Roberts, and the other three criminals decide that DACA can be rescinded by a new Executive Order? At that point, it will cost us ten billion dollars in wall money, and maybe another ten billion for the Temporary Protected Status folks to stay, since they're on the same precarious basis.

Trump is waiting for our side to turn on itself if a compromised is reached. Why don't we just resolve that we're not going to do that if Pelosi and Schumer make a deal? Let the Trumpsters be the ones feeling they got screwed by Don the Con.
