Not just the shutdown, but the entire government.
This is taxation without representation.
n EPA run by someone who wants it abolished and demolished.
Same for HHS, Education, everything.

(22,712 posts)Wouldn't be legal. Therefore no lawsuit could proceed. That's my perspective. I am not a lawyer. I do know that we have many here and maybe one of them will see the post and weigh in.

Additionally I think youd find the legal definition of a functional government nebulous at best.
