We need a class action suit against the mfer for denying the US functioning government.

Not just the shutdown, but the entire government.

This is taxation without representation.

n EPA run by someone who wants it abolished and demolished.

Same for HHS, Education, everything.

ACLU, come on.

Wouldn't be legal. Therefore no lawsuit could proceed. That's my perspective. I am not a lawyer. I do know that we have many here and maybe one of them will see the post and weigh in.

I think that’s a key difference between us as the fox watchers. If we are wrong, we want to know.

Will check back, got to go.

The labor group has lots of law related posts. I would cross post this post in the group asking for help. It's a great group.

I’m leaving my typo in the op and not expanding on it, so it’s as you responded to it.

I sincerely believe we are being denied the a functioning government and am interested in learning how you disagree, if you do. Aloha.

very difficult and only possible under limited and narrowly-defined circumstances.

Additionally I think you’d find the legal definition of a “functional government” nebulous at best.
