razor thin and precisely tailored for a trump win in the Electoral College (77k votes) indicates to me that the Russkies did a little more than window shop on the voter databases. And with the revelation that Manafort provided proprietary repug polling data to the Russians adds credence to what I've always thought—the vote in those three states was manipulated, and probably tampered with, by a hostile, foreign power to swing the election to trump.

How glaringly obvious can it be—just enough votes to move the EC vote to trump.
