He beat the Con big time.

Get thee to the greatest page and send this everywhere. I hope Joy Reid shows this later
Watch out folks - he could be the dark horse for 2020

I don't agree with Tester on the issues 100% of the time, but at least you know what you are getting.. he's a straight shooter

He's not interested in being president. He is good with being a Senator, and I think he's finally becoming a decent Senator after two terms where I was thinking of him more as a placeholder than representing me and my interests as one of his constituents. I was actually glad to vote for him again this time around. I am still pissed about something he did in 2010 ad will never forgive him but he has at least shown that he's not a total waste of good air.

He's not going to run for president though.

I moved to this state, from the one next to it, right after he got elected in his first term. Been watching him, this after a years long dust up with the Senators from the other state, and was glad to have a Democratic Senator replace one from the other party. Montana is more purple-ish than given credit. The other state is pretty blood red with a couple oases of blue.

So Tester is a farmer and one who is smart enough to be a Senator but he neither has the chops nor is he interested in giving up the farm life to be president. He's good at the Senate and should stay there for another term or two now that he has grown into his position which doesn't come naturally to him and I think is his strong suit. He's a good one to have in his position and he seems to be effective to the degree that a minority party Senator can be. I do appreciate when he does get up and "tell it".

for the VA and when he whipped the Con to regain his seat. I like his straight talk although I am way left of him.

I'm pretty much left of him on most topics but he did burn cheato's ass in the election, though. I'm still glad to have cast one of those votes.

He does fight for the right thing most of the time and that's why I voted for him. He's been a champion for vets and I'm good with that. Vets in this state have been neglected for too long, not that the whole veterans mess isn't bad enough to begin with.

needs to be President to matter.

one thing i hate about our media is how everything is always about "are you going to run" ? and there is a total lack of discussion about issues that affect the people they represent .

Even on DU I see it every day as soon as someone is recognized for doing their job or stepping up when "someone" has to, there's a thread suggesting they run for the next presidential election. It takes a lot of education and experience to be able to steer this ship, and as we have seen with the last two R pResidents, on the job training is unacceptable.

Senator Tester covered all bases, he summed everything up about the shutdown very nicely, left nothing unconsidered, no stone unturned.

For putin . This isn't about the wall, its about trying to damage this country, and get more power to use as a weapon against us, and putin is behind it, not trump. The feds are closing in fast on him and all others involved, and why he's in a rush doing this as a last ditch effort to hurt us for him. Putin has weaponized the position of the President of the United States of America , and the Senate against us by compromising trump and many others in Congress, and they're about to become exposed.

because we didn't make him emperor when he was younger so he's going to help fuck us because he's that kind of a vindictive prick. And if it means he gets a lot of $$ for doing it, all the better.

I think that with this new revelation, espionage charges could be forthcoming for the whole family but especially for the big cheato.
