I've believed since before the election that he's been carryiing out the Kremlin's orders.

It is not a stretch that he has been acting out a carefully written script all along.

Putin & the Kremlin have been plotting revenge since the wall fell and the USSR dissolved. They've had decades to study and learn the weak points of our government. They've had decades to cultivate politicians who put money over country. And finally, they groomed a presidential candidate with the personality to carry out their orders after they made sure he 'won' the election.

Nothing is accidental, the WH is not in disarray, and Individual-1 is not crazy.
