1. The question on my mind as well. Along with how do we punish all those complicit, with knowledge?

We're going to need a bigger prison system for the 63 million rubes who voted for the Manchurian Candidate.

What is the protocol if enough people realize we're stuck in a system that's intentionally designed to benefit the rich at the expense of everyone else?

If we don't secure our electoral infrastructure, I guess we've all collectively just said "that's fine, we're cool with just letting those who cheat most effectively be the ones in charge," and it's self-perpetuating.

For the most part, evidently, Americans don't care anymore about what the nation is supposed to stand for, and will put up with pretty much anything as long as it doesn't inconvenience them personally.

there isn't one. Hillary Clinton stated as much though she noted there were some legal minds who disagreed. But she said the arguments for a solution were 'weak sauce' in her opinion because the Constitution offers but one clear remedy--impeachment.

The election board refused to certify. They may call a new election, but it's up in the air, as the cons have been trying to marginalize the election board. If they certify without a new election, the House may refuse to seat the "winner". Currently, the seat is vacant. If the theft is discovered after the election is certified, it's more difficult. Others on this thread have mentioned remedies for those cases.

12. The EC

First of all the EC can prevent the candidate from being elected at all. Expect significant court activity.
The congress can refuse to accept any or all of the EC results. Gotta act pretty fast though.
Revolution is another possibility. If you've never been in one, they tend to be pretty ugly.

The real problem here is the time lag between the crime, and the "reveal" of that crime.

Our only recourses for the Presidency is impeachment and removal or waiting until the next election. The first option doesn't seem to be in the cards right now, though.

Others involved can be charged with crimes.

I'm not away or a "remedy". But the protocol is impeachment.

Other possibilities are a revolution or military coup. Neither sounds likely or pleasant.
