My rep. in Congress is fantastic & has well trained staff people that always do their best to answer

questions or find out answers and get back to me. In contrast, both senators, despite being well-liked dems, either don't answer their phones, or when staff people answer, they say they don't have an answer or tell me to check social media or the web site. How helpful should staff be on the phone? What does the level of staff helpfulness say about these politicians?

your Senators. Wyoming or Rhode Island, expect much better luck.

My rep has only a few hundred thousand constituents, so even thought he's a dastardly republican, I hear from him all the time.

My Democratic Senators cover the whole state, and almost seem to be hiding from me and my district.

(Except when it's fund raising time)
