When was the last time a presidential candidate didn't release his taxes?

I read an article the other day that described the practice as a "trend" among presidential candidates, but it seems a bit more "standard practice", or even a "tradition" than a "trend".

1. It was RMoney's daddy who started the trend, and that was back during the Vietnam war.

He released twelve years, as I recall....

Of course, he got tripped up by the brainwashing comment...and the Chihuahua George, thing, too....
