The local KC fox news affiliate are discussing possible replacements for akin's seat should he be denied the grace of God to retain it, or forced to step aside by his fellows.

Several names were mentioned, including religious fanatic john ashcroft, (one of the singing senators).

It's getting intersting, and the popcorn tastes better all the time.
