areas.
However, don't let it be forgot that over hundreds of years, royal families and nobles in Europe
married relatives. Queen Victoria married her first cousin. Queen Elizabeth II married her cousin too. (Wikipedia says
she's Prince Philip's second cousin once removed).
It ain't just a lower-class thang. I'm not recommending it, mind you. Just sayin'.

Both groups tend to have high rates of alcoholism and substance abuse, work habits that make them unfit for productive employment, and untreated or misdiagnosed mental disorders.
When they're rich they're "eccentric", when they're poor they're likely to end up dead or in jail.
