Shocker! Romney campaign can't find anyone 'appropriate' to talk about lady things

We should point out that we have been trying to get the Romney campaign to join this debate today, and they have said that they don't have an appropriate spokesperson, but we will keep trying.

What?!?!? Mitt Romney's campaign can't find an appropriate spokesperson to talk about lady things? But what about Ann Romney, Mitt's official chief adviser on lady things? After all, Mitt says she totally knows about lady stuff:

My wife has the occasion, as you know, to campaign on her own and also with me, and she reports to me regularly that the issue women care about most is the economy.

In fact, Mitt prefers to have Ann do his talking for him when it comes to lady things:

I wish Ann were here, my wife were here, for a lot of reasons, I wish she were here. But I wish she were here to answer that question in particular.

So why can't Ann go on TV to talk about lady things now? Oh yeah:

I love the fact that there are women out there who don’t have a choice and they must go to work and they still have to raise the kids. Thank goodness that we value those people too. And sometimes life isn’t easy for any of us.

I'll bet you $10,000 the Obama campaign can find someone to talk about lady things.
