It was an inference drawn after I saw the bill supported by Paul Ryan that prohibits abortion in all instances except incest and forcible rape.

It's all good! Every sperm is sacred!

There is no doubt in my mind Repukes will soon pass bills making all forms of rape legal, including raping babies. Because that's how those people roll. I know those type of people very well, have some in my family in fact.
