Convicted sex offender Bill Cosby was targeted by a drone flying overhead while he was in the yard of his Pennsylvania prison last week, Cosby's spokesman confirmed.
Andrew Wyatt, Cosby's spokesman since he was charged, tried twice and convicted of sexual assault charges, said a drone was spotted over the prison, SCI Phoenix in Collegeville, Pa., where Cosby has been locked up since he was sentenced last year to three-to-10 years on three charges.
Amy Worden, a press secretary in the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, said the department does not discuss security matters.
"That said, the agency has installed drone detection systems as part of enhanced security measures at its prisons," Worden said in an email to USA TODAY.

(959 posts)Im not really thrilled with the idea of camera drones, but I can see how they have legitimate uses. but between what happened last month when an airport in Great Britain was closed and the idea of paparazzi drones makes me think those little remote controlled bastards need to be heavily regulated.
