I haven't seen any hollering about Akin to RESIGN his current seat, only everyone saying he should drop out of the Senate race.

... but Akin is not on the ballot for the House seat.
He decided not to run for the House only the Senate.
If Akin were to resign from The House now, they would probably just leave the seat vacant until the November election.
Congress won't be in session too much more this year.

But don't we want him to stay in the senate race AND stay in the House ... that way when we talk about akin, we are also talking about House gopers?
