Schumer: Time for intel leaders to stage an intervention with Trump. Letter to Dan Coats

Schumer's tweet, with an image showing the letter:

It’s past time for U.S. Intelligence Community leaders to stage an intervention with @realDonaldTrump.

I read somewhere that putin is now being referred to as "trump's shadow national security advisor."

He does not think that he has anything to gain by taking advice from others. He knows it all. He will never admit that he might not have all the answers.

Are removed or influenced to the nth degree by voters/citizens/constituents to actually respect the constitution and be accountable for a lunatic freak narcissist human stain in the Oval Office, daily we lose our country.

Hopefully my calls and emails to my Senators Rubio and Scott, and Congressman Steube won't be ignored when I told them I was fearful for or nation and asked who our President was getting his intelligence from if not from his own agencies. Whew... I'm glad someone else noticed our pResident is nuts.

all of them would immediately offered their resignations. Because a sane president would have a very good reason.

Of course this one has no basis for his criticism at all, except that they disagreed with his fantasy view of the world.

So I don't know--what do you do? Probably ignore him is the best option. He himself has probably forgotten all about it by now and is on to the next topic.

on his own Intelligence Community as a:

Profound Presidential Perversity

and argued that Trump is beyond 'education.' Think he's absolutely correct. These attacks are willful just as his attacks on journalism are willful and his attacks on the the Mueller probe/DOJ independence are willful. All these attacks are an attempt to undermine and damage our basic Institutions because:

Trump is a treason weasel.

We need to stop trying to figure him out or psychoanalyze his behavior. He's a criminal, compromised by decades of dealing with unsavory people and participating in corrupt activities to line his own pockets. His behavior is not 'unusual or disturbing or inscrutable.' He's a criminal and the descriptions should fit the man.

Profound Presidential Perversity

Sums it up quite nicely.

Yes, Peggy Sue, I also am tired of all the psychologizing that goes on around Trump. He is simply a criminal who knows no limits. This country needs to stand up to him, remove him from office and prosecute him and jail him. Otherwise the rest of his gang will live on to grab more power and money in the future. These criminals have not been stopped in the past after stealing elections, profiting and lying.

of some intervention by the Intelligence agencies.

But the type of 'intervention' I'm thinking of is more in line with Putin's playbook for 'difficult citizens'.
