MEMPHIS, Tenn. The U.S. Coast Guard says 97 boats and barges are waiting for passage along an 11-mile stretch of the Mississippi River that has been closed because of low water levels.

At the maker-space, we're talking about how to up-cycle all of the local pollution (including hte chemicals from the old battery, paint, transformer, and tire factories)

Just up-cycling the pollution here in New Haven, we can get a massive amount of usable feedstocks. The big thing is going to be power to run the reactions, and logistical support.
