I wish I had the desire to infiltrate

a church to see if I could make a difference in the direction of some of this misogyny by the GOP, but I can't hardly stand to be around those people. I wish I had the energy to meet and debate with them, but their beliefs make me ill. It's a major reason I quit going years ago.

that has whispered in their ear through their pastor of course and nothing will dissuade them. A better thing would be to get videos and recordings of what is going on in those churches and post them on YouTube. Maybe someone who can do something about the egregious merging of church and state will take notice.

dialogue about meaning of scripture, social adaptation, effect of dogma, etc. But not any more. Faith has to be unquestionable now. Doubters are not welcome. No more critical thinking and discussion permitted. Everyone must follow the leader. It's religious intellectual laziness.
