Heard an update from Gov. Roy Cooper on the NC-9 race...
A new (Democratic Majority) Board of Elections has been constituted. While they can block certification of Republican Mark Harris, it takes at least one Republican plus the Democrats to vacate the Election and call for a re-vote. If that doesn't happen, it'll be up to the US House to declare the seat vacant and call for a new Election.
