Christie says he'd only join Trump admin as attorney general or VP: report
Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) says he would accept a position in the Trump administration, but only if he is made attorney general or vice president, according to a new report.
"I turned down six positions with this administration already," Christie said in an interview with BuzzFeed News published Friday.
"Right, so I turned down Labor secretary twice, I turned out Homeland Security secretary, I turned down a special assistant to the president, I turned down ambassador to Italy, I turned out ambassador to the Vatican."
"I'd have to really want to do what they were offering me to do to make that sacrifice," he said.
