Why didn't Howard Schultz run against Donald Trump?

Instead of running against the Democratic Party?

He cannot be taken seriously.

We can only assume that he supports the policies of Donald Trump over those of the Democratic Party.

One thing is for certain: He is no Democrat.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz has endorsed Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton for president.

“I’m hopeful that after the election, and hopefully Hillary Clinton will be elected president, that we will begin to see a level of unity and people coming together,” he said in an interview with CNN’s Poppy Harlow on Facebook Live.

Billionaires are beyond Party label. They support whoever can help them with their accumulation of wealth. Sort of like the "Democrat" Gary Cohn, who was Trump's first economic adviser. Very few join the Democratic Party for principles.

4. He likes Trump's tax cuts for the rich, so his ire is directed at Dems, who seek to repeal the cuts.

He is an arrogant, out of touch, entitled rich asshole. Like Trump, he thinks he knows better than anyone else just because he's rich. His disaster of a rollout shows he doesn't know jack shit.

He's against the Dems and trying to throw the race to orange assmouth to keep his money in his pocket, nothing else.

11. Maybe, but I predict Schultz's campaign will fizzle out

or self-destruct before too long. I’m surprised that Schmidt got involved with something that, if it doesn’t fizzle out, could help someone he purports to disdain remain in office.
