Now that we see what game they were (are) running, why do we continue with the in fighting?

Big indictments are being made, and dots are connecting in the biggest counter intelligence investigation in the history of our democracy.

These are complicated connections that are tough enough to decipher let alone fight the conservative press on a national scale.

They NEED us to fight each other because a fractured opposition has a weaker resistance.

Don't let it work.

We are posters on an internet forum, who will likely, to a person, vote for the Democratic candidates in the elections, who will likely write letters to our Democratic Party representatives supporting them or urging them to do progressive things.

We can disagree with each other and voice our opinions about the past actions of our elected leaders AND follow the ongoing Russia and Domestic corruption of the Trump regime. That isn't going away because Trump is a crook and will continue doing crooked things until he is stopped.

We can't stop him, but we can urge our Democratic Representatives to do so, even if Governors and State Attorney Generals who put on blackface are removed from office. Even is a Lt. Governor needs to step down because of possible sexual assault. We may not see Elizabeth Warren run because she may actually have claimed NA ancestry to advance. Two of the allegations we are unsure of and the others have been admitted to. Even so, we can still rally around Pelosi, Schumer, and other reps to keep the pressure on in the House and support Mueller.

We can do those things at the same time.

Which is why I said that we can continue to call them and tell to oppose Trump and continue with oversight, at the same time the we deal with problems within our own party.

The point is that we can attend to multiple things. I guarantee that Pelosi and Schumer are not consumed with Virginia. They are focusing on Trump and on getting legislation in that will improve people's lives. Adam Schiff is opening up new investigations and releasing information to Mueller. People are focused on Russia even when the headlines are pointing to other scandals.

sadly even here on DU you'll get attacked for wanting what's best for the party (and US citizens) over purity.

This makes me remember how the Democratic party never healed the Al Franken debacle. We need to stop shoving Dems out and start recognizing the ratfucking being successfully performed by the likes of Roger Stone and Putin.
