He loves what he thinks of as catchy phrases, and repeats them endlessly. Like a toddler who sees that it gets a rise out of people if you say “poopy” anywhere but in the bathroom, and proceeds to do so at every possible opportunity.

Every reporter who covers Trump, when they have to mention his whining about presidential harassment, should mention that presidential harassment is not really a thing. It doesn't exist in the real world, and we don't need to adopt as our reality Trump's delusions about how unfairly persecuted he thinks he is.

Simply remind their readers and audiences how Obama and Hillary Clinton reacted to endless, pointless, investigations and speculation about nothing (quiet reserve and dignity) and compare that to the twice daily shit-fits Trump pitches every time he doesn't get his way.

Not just presidential harassment, but that weird rhyming nonsense he came up with for the SOTU. He tries them out on his loyalists and Merde a Loco hangers on to make sure they're real zingers, and they looove them.
