More I think about it, the stranger this is. Pardons are typically handled by the DAG, and don’t go to the AG or his office at all. Really no reason he should be aware of pardon documents in the normal course.

These five minute questioning periods are rather difficult, especially when the questionee filibusters and won't answer a simple question with a simple answer.

every time a witness starts to filibuster the clock pauses and then resumes once the bullshit stops...
