Brit Hume's superlame excuse claiming that Trump wasn't referencing genocide in his Warren tweet:

“He’s too stupid”:

Maybe Brit is right and Trump really doesn’t know about the Trail of Tears even though Jackson was his favorite president.

That would only make it even more sad, don’t you think?

Must be a deflection. I'm guessing Hume or one of his Fox cronies made the joke, and Spanky heard it...

cracks about Warren's ancestry are offensive. Trump is an uneducated, unfeeling idiot who probably hasn't read a book in the past 60 years . . . maybe longer. Is there a Little Golden Book about acting like a decent human being?

he doesn't need to know much or anything . it's like his pocahontas insults. he knows nothing about pocahontas yet he uses it to attack warren but he is actually insulting native americans and the memory of pocahontas.

I suspect that he pricked up his ears when the genocidal Trail of Tears was mentioned in history class.

and laid a wreath on his tomb during one of his visits to Nashville. Even a world-class moron like Trump must have known about Jackson's role in the Indian Removal program, and his motorcade would literally have driven on the Trail of Tears, as the Hermitage is located on Old Hickory Boulevard. Trump is a big fan of Jackson's, who despite his many flaws and transgressions, and unlike Trump, really was a populist and a hero of the War of 1812, and would probably have despised the dolt incumbent. But I am sure Trump knows about the Trail of Tears.

tRump was cracking jokes about Wounded Knee, again directed at Elizabeth Warren. No coincidence he’s at it again.
