I grew (and still am) about as white middle class as you can get. I'm not being defensive and my feelings aren't hurt but there is a story there. We aren't all the same you know. It surely is a new world to guys like me growing up now. And no we didn't run roughshod over everything and have everything handed to us.

I get that the timing isn't great but every era has an effect on each group regardless of who comprises it or is put into it.
