The precedent is Youngstown v. Sawyer, when Truman tried to nationalize steel manufacturers whose workers were on strike, arguing that it was necessary to seize the plants because the steel was needed for the Korean War. It has to pass thru Congress and I'm sure the Speaker is prepared on how to proceed. It won't pass thru the House.

If it goes to ourt the whole process iwlll take years, not to mention the eminent domain challenges of the landowners on the border.

trump again is taking on more than he understands and will fail miserably.
