(16,887 posts)1. How long can Roger Stone last before violating?
I give it the weekend - at most a week...
I am being generous - but when the Manafort sentencing comes out and more info and additional indictments, he wont be able to control himself...

Gonna be a lot of office pools on this one.
Side note: Where ghouliani? Been awfully quiet lately.

(16,887 posts)6. Ghouliani has been recharging in his crypt
I am sure he will come out soon enough being as creepy as ever and spouting off some outrageous theory or defense for Traitor Trump....

(57,112 posts)3. I wonder how much time Stone'll get for contempt of court?

(32,025 posts)9. He was not charged with contempt.
So no time.

(57,112 posts)10. He broke court orders, generally one gets chrged with contempt.

(32,025 posts)11. There is a hearing tomorrrow to determine whether he broke orders.
The judge has not ruled on that. If he has the penalty would be a full scale gag order or revocation of bail. Contempt is normally reserved for actions in court during the trial or post trial actions.

As I recall the gag prevented Stone from monologuing on courthouse steps.
Roger's horrid post from the other day has pissed off the judge but I don't think he's been issued a new, complete gag order yet.
