I have it on my face, too. Not crisp lines like that, but I can understand wanting to cover it up (I don't but it's not that bad).

Notice the extra blur on the back of his neck and on his derrière. Probably shaved off 100 lbs.

They should get someone who know how to photoshop better.

I’ve been a decades long user of Photoshop. This attempt is a reall bad one.
