If they ever manage to enact these laws the House keeps proposing then every fertilized egg residing in the USofA will be a person deserving of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

When you have thousands of American citizens trapped in a freezer you have to get them out.

I think the only consistent program for the welfare of those tiny citizens would be for the federal government to hire large numbers of host mothers to have those persons implanted and nurtured into macroscopic citizenship.

Seriously. What else could we do if there were thousands of Americans trapped in freezers?

4. Several states have bans on surrogates

so there'd have to be a workaround. Now that you bring it up, I can totally see some Ryan/Akin clone attaching it to a welfare bill and defining unpaid surrogacy as a type of "work" required to receive benefits. They're just that type of psycho.
