A formal apology from a scared Roger Stone filed in court this evening

This is a lie. He claims he had “no intention of disrespecting the Court.” Stone’s whole point was to denigrate the judge and the process. He’s only apologizing because he’s scared.

Stone seems to recognize how much trouble he got himself into by attacking the judge in his case on Instagram.

Bullshit. When has Stone ever done anything "inadvertent" when it came to targeting someone he wanted to smear ?

First, he's too arrogant and cocky to be scared, but he will hide behind such a visual because it's a disarming tactic.

Second, this was no accident, no inadvertent nothing, he accomplished two very important things today:

He put the judge's face up in lights, now she can be identified, and the target reticle made it plain as day that she is fair game for whomever on the far right wants to take the initiative and go after her.

She is in extreme danger now.

Threatening a federal judge is very serious. I doubt Stone will receive a take-back.

8. I don't think he's scared, I think his attorneys are. I can imagine them screaming at him.

An out-of-control client who thinks he’s smarter than everybody else is frightening if you’re trying to defend him. I bet Stone imagined he could get rid of the judge this way. Clients have all kinds of crazy ideas about how to do things. You and your years of experience? Pffff.
