nearly every day it was multiple scandals or outrageous statements from Trump. It was numbing.

Trump's 300+ scandals were given the same weight as the fake Clinton server/DNC email/Clinton Foundation scandals.

There was no time to talk about Clinton's policies or Trump's total lack of policies when every day, Trump was doing something stupid or flashy to keep the news cycle on him. For him, any publicity was good publicity because it meant they weren't talking about Hillary.
